ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1 (Horse / Class Entry): MUST BE DONE SEPARATELY For Each Horse Entered
Steps 2 and 3 (Payment): May be made online via PayPal or mailed in. See below:
Online payment may be submitted ONCE. You may update the TOTAL number of Classes and Stall Requirements in the "Shopping Cart" prior to submitting payment.

The Mandatory Office Fee is PER HORSE / RIDER COMBINATION ENTERED. Please adjust the OFFICE FEE payment in the "Shopping Cart" if multiple horses are entered.

PLEASE NOTE:
NO REFUNDS AFTER CLOSING DATE FOR ANY REASON. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE CLOSING DATE which is two weeks prior to the show date. Any online entry received after the closing date requires a $25.00 LATE FEE per entry. If your rides are not able to be scheduled, you will be issued a refund. STEP 1 - REGISTRATION FORM
One Registration Form needed Per Horse / Rider combination

** COMPLETE STEP 1 AND SUBMIT FORM BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO STEP 2 - CLASS PAYMENT. If you are entering more than one horse, you may pay for each separately or add all of your fees, classes and stall requirements together and make one payment. If entering more than one horse, be sure to complete Step 1 for each horse entered.
STEP 2 - CLASS PAYMENT
** Payment may be made separately for each horse entered or calculated for ALL horses entered and submitted as one payment by
adjusting numbers on the "Shopping Cart" page. **

OFFICE FEE - MANDATORY - $15.00 per horse
This fee is PER HORSE entered. The total number of fees may be adjusted on the "Shopping Cart" page.
LATE ENTRY FEE - for entries after closing date (Closing Date = two weeks prior to show date): $15.00 per entry

CLASS FEE: for NFDA and S.T.R.I.D.E. Members: All Dressage Class Fee: $20.00 per class, all classes
You may update the number of classes entered on the "Shopping Cart" page.
CLASS FEE: Non-Member: Dressage Class Fee: $25.00 per class, all classes.

Q-RIDES: Championship Qualifying Fee - $5.00 per qualifying ride
Select if you wish to qualify to ride in the Championship Classes in November.

CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW - CLASS ENTRY - November show only: Fee $25.00 per class
Please assure you have qualified to ride in this class prior to entry.

STEP 3 - STABLING OPTIONS / PAYMENT
May be calculated for ALL horses entered and submitted as one payment by adjusting numbers on the "Shopping Cart" page.
Jacksonville Equestrian Center
Jacksonville Equestrian Center - Stall $52.00
Includes stall and 2 bags of shavings. You may update the number of total stalls needed on the "Shopping Cart" page.
Trailer Hook Up for Jacksonville Equestrian Center: Payment to be made directly to site management.
Park your trailer in the location of your choice. Note the number of the site and then proceed to the Equestrian Center Management office for payment and to have the power turned on. We recommend assuring your site has power once it is turned on, then hooking up your unit.
Clay Country Fairgrounds
SINGLE STALL: Clay County Fairgrounds - $40.00
Single Stall Option - no shavings included
NON-STABLING FEE: - $25.00 per horse (All Locations / All Shows)
$20.00 per horse on show grounds and no stall reserved. Number of non stabled horses may be adjusted on the "Shopping Cart" page.
SHAVINGS ONE BAG - $9.00
Total amount of shaving bags needed may be updated on the "Shopping Cart" page.
TRAILER HOOK UP - electric/water - Clay Country Fairgrounds $25.00 per night
Clay Co. Fairgrounds ONLY (Jacksonville Equestrian Center handles their own billing onsite)
