
L Program Payment
Instructions:
Prior to making payment, make sure to email Steven Amburgey at steven.amburgey@yahoo.com to receive the application form. Once you receive a confirmation that your application has been received and approved by USDF, you will be instructed to process your payment.
Fill out the information below completely.
Make sure to choose the sessions you wish to attend.
Pay close attention to the selections and make sure to double check your "Shopping Cart" prior to submitting payment.
Once your application is on file and your application is processed by USDF, you will be asked to submit payment. Once payment is received and NFDA Staff notify USDF of your payment, you will receive an email from USDF with information about access to online materials.
Please note: Once you click "Submit" on the information section, it will disappear and you can move on to the payment section. You will see a message that says: "Thank you. Your information has been submitted."

Click the "Add to Cart" on the Session(s) you want to pay for and make sure that you pay close attention to the level of attendance and the payment you are making. Once you have added all of the payments to your "Shopping Cart" that you wish, click on the "Cart" icon in the headline banner of the website to pay via Paypal. Double check that you have selected the correct sessions, then click on "Checkout" or "Continue Shopping" to complete the transaction.
The Paypal site will then come up - simply log in to your Paypal account and process the payment. You will receive an email from the organizer of the event when your payment has been received.

Refunds will be given up to 30 days prior to the start date of the program minus a $25 processing fee only in the event that a replacement candidate or auditor takes your spot. There will be NO REFUNDS if you cancel your participation less than 30 days prior to the start date of the program regardless if your spot is filled.
